By accessing analyticalogica.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Analytica Logica LLC ("we," "us") may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
2. No professional relationship
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, acquisition, or engineering advice, and using the site or emailing us does not create a professional-services relationship. A relationship exists only when we both sign an engagement agreement that defines scope, standards, and deliverables. Do not act on anything here for a compliance decision without engaging us (or anyone) properly.
3. Our claims, and their limits
We hold ourselves to an evidence standard: capability claims on this site are supported by artifacts, internal records, or the principal's verifiable employment record. Two honest limits follow from that:
- Performance figures (test counts, accuracy baselines, review outcomes) describe specific systems at specific points in time under specific conditions. They are not warranties that any other system — including one we build for you — will produce the same numbers.
- Some engagements are described in anonymized form at the client's requirement. That anonymization is a term of our work, not a marketing flourish, and we will not waive it on demand.
The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting;
- scrape the site at a rate or scale that degrades service for others, or misrepresent the site's content as your own;
- remove copyright or other proprietary notices.

All original content on this site — copy, illustrations, diagrams, and the methodology descriptions — is © Analytica Logica LLC unless noted otherwise. Open-source components referenced on this site remain under their respective licenses. Quotation with attribution and a link is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites (for example, a booking service or public data sources). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices; review theirs before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, in no event will Analytica Logica LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profit, arising from use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
9. General
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest survive. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site.
