1. Who we are
Analytica Logica LLC ("Analytica Logica," "we," "us") operates analyticalogica.ai. We are a small firm; questions about this policy go to a person, not a ticket queue: [email protected].
2. What we collect today
- No cookies or trackers. The home page uses JavaScript to display its content and to score the Readiness Diagnostic, but it sets no first- or third-party cookies and embeds no advertising, social, or tracking pixels. The legal pages run no JavaScript at all.
- Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count aggregate page views. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and gives us only page-level totals, never a record of an individual.
- Readiness Diagnostic. Your four answers are scored in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you ask for the full report. If you do, we store your email address, the organization name if you give one, your four answers, your result, and the time of the request. We use them only to prepare and send your report and to reply to you. You are not added to any mailing list. To keep bots out, the form may run a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which processes browser signals to tell people from automated traffic and is not used to track you.
- Server delivery logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any hosted website, Cloudflare necessarily processes connection metadata (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps) to deliver and protect the site. This is governed by Cloudflare's terms; we do not receive, sell, or combine this data with anything else.
- What you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your name, address, and message content. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it becomes an engagement, to perform that engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising (to use CCPA/CPRA terminology).
- We do not run advertising networks or embed trackers.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children.
4. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores Readiness Diagnostic report requests, provides the analytics, and runs the Turnstile check.
- Our email provider may relay a notification of your report request to us, and carries the report we send you.
Legal basis where GDPR/UK GDPR applies: consent for report requests, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site for delivery logs and aggregate analytics.
Disclosed in advance. We plan to offer a methodology whitepaper in exchange for an email address. This page will be updated and dated before that goes live, and any mailing list it offers will be opt-in, with a one-click unsubscribe on every message.
5. Retention
Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to serve the purpose it was sent for, plus any legally required retention. Readiness Diagnostic report requests are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. Send us a request and we will delete what we hold about you, subject to those narrow obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. Because our collection is minimal and consent-based, all of these are easy to honor: email [email protected] and a person will handle it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email is an imperfect medium; do not send us sensitive data (credentials, PHI, classified or CUI material) by ordinary email — we will always agree a proper channel before any engagement touches data like that.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date. Where a change narrows your protections, we will do more than change a date — we will say plainly what changed.
October 1, 2026: added the Readiness Diagnostic report request, cookieless analytics, and the Turnstile check, and corrected an earlier statement that the site runs no JavaScript.
